Working for Citizen Potawatomi Nation offers too many benefits to list, here are a few.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>What we offer:&nbsp;</strong></em></p><p><em>-Our Nail Technicians earn base pay plus gratuities&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>- Established clientele&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>– No need to manage your own appointments, our top-of-the-line receptionists have got you covered!</em></p><p><em>- Start your career with zero debt</em></p><p><em>- Mental health support provided by the employer at no cost to you</em></p><p><em>- Membership to our Wellness Center</em></p><p><em>- Short-term/long-term disability coverage at no cost to you<br>-Affordable quality health care at low cost for FT&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>-PTO that starts first day</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>FUNCTIONS STATEMENT:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• Perform all nail services and as well as reception duties&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MAJOR DUTIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• Responsible for performing all nail services including but not limited to applying/ rebalancing acrylic nails, gel polish application/ removal, traditional manicures/ pedicures, and nail art.</p><p>• Responsible for ensuring all equipment is clean, sanitized and organized after each client and at the end of the workday.</p><p>• Greet clients and perform consultations in a professional manner prior to treatment.&nbsp;</p><p>• Advise clients on nail care and use of products.</p><p>• Must have time management skills as each service has its own time allotment.&nbsp;</p><p>• Must have knowledge of all services offered and have the ability to “up-sale” or help boost business within the spa.&nbsp;</p><p>• As needed will be responsible for handling reception duties including but not limited to check-in/out of clients, and daily spa booking requests.</p><p>• Must be able to retain and build a study clientele.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>FACTOR 1:</strong> <strong>KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• Must hold a Cosmetology or Nail Technician License from the state of Oklahoma.&nbsp;</p><p>• Must be knowledgeable about all facets of the nail industry.</p><p>• Ability to ensure all services and products are charged at the correct price.</p><p>• Ability to work with computers: booking software and other various programs.&nbsp;</p><p>• Must have cash handling experience and ability to learn methods of processing electronic payments with credit/debit cards, gift certificates and vouchers&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to communicate in a professional and respectful manner with clients and co-workers and work as a team player.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>FACTOR 2: SUPERVISORY CONTROLS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• Incumbent is under the direct supervision of the Spa Manager.&nbsp;</p><p>• The manager assigns work, schedules, and advises on changes and is available for assistance when needed.</p><p>• Routine work is performed independently following set procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>FACTOR 3: COMPLEXITY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• &nbsp;The complexity level of this position is medium and involves decision making, handling front desk duties with multiple distractions, and multitasking.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>FACTOR 4: PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• Sitting for extended periods of time.</p><p>• Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping.&nbsp;</p><p>• Exercises repetitive motions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>FACTOR 5: OTHER REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• High School diploma or GED.&nbsp;</p><p>• Basic math and cash handling skills.&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to problem solve.&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to take directions and ask questions as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to work weekends.&nbsp;</p><p>• Honesty and integrity.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
