This role will recommend and execute maintenance procedures. The Electrician will be working in a manufacturing maintenance team.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience performing troubleshooting functions in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>2 + years of Industrial Maintenance experience with PLC’s preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.</li>\n <li>The desire to expand knowledge and grow with the company.</li>\n <li>The ability to work a night shift or a day shift.</li>\n <li>Additional responsibilities and opportunities as they are assigned by management.</li>\n <li>Poly West offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations, paid holidays and 401(K).</li>\n <li>If you are looking for a dynamic career opportunity that offers growth and stability then this could be the position for you.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Dismantling devices to gain access to remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, power tools, and safety lock-out devices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Examining form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Inspecting used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Adjusting functioning parts of devices and control instruments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Understanding of ladder logic and process instrumentation diagrams and the ability to diagnose communications issues through their use.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Maintains, repairs, installs, and tests motors, drives, PLCs, relays, heaters, and other electrical components.</p>",
