This role will focus on recruiting top‑tier Software Engineers, AI and Machine Learning talent, and Quality Engineers for our healthcare SaaS platform.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This consultant will act as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leaders and executives, owning end‑to‑end recruiting delivery while designing and executing highly targeted sourcing strategies for niche and competitive technical roles. The ideal candidate brings deep technical recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to drive a disciplined, efficient recruiting process in a fast‑paced environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is estimated to be a 4 to 6 month contract.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is an onsite position in our San Diego office.</p><hr><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>How you will make an impact:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In this role, you&rsquo;ll::</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a defined set of engineering roles, including Software Engineers, AI / ML engineers, and Quality Engineers across multiple levels tied to a timeline for a critical launch</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design and execute proactive, data‑driven sourcing strategies for highly specialized and hard‑to‑fill technical roles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse technical talent through direct sourcing and networking</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Introduce and utilize sourcing tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other tools to shorten the recruiting timeline</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner closely with senior leaders and executives to develop hiring strategies and execute to timelines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive a structured and efficient recruiting process, ensuring clear communication, timely decision‑making, and an excellent candidate experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with internal hiring practices and applicable employment regulations while operating in a consultant capacity</li></ul><hr><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you will bring to the assignment: <em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We&rsquo;re looking for someone who thrives as a strategic partner and operator.
