Responsibilities include joint business planning, negotiation, and execution with partners such as Albertsons, H-E-B, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and distributors including KeHE and UNFI.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own and manage relationships with major grocery retailers and key distributors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead joint business planning, including promotional strategy, category growth initiatives, and quarterly business reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate assortment, pricing, promotions, and trade terms to drive growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze syndicated and retailer data to inform strategy, forecasting, and business performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to travel up to 30% to customer headquarters, key markets, and industry trade shows.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of Key Account Management experience in grocery retail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Key Accounts such as Kroger, Albertsons, H-E-B, Walmart, KeHE, UNFI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong retailer systems knowledge and promotional planning experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional negotiation and relationship-buldings skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual (English and Spanish)</span></li>\n</ul>",
