Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.</li><li>Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.</li><li>Understand how to select the type of measuring and aligning parts or sub-assemblies for production following IPC-A-610 class 3 per military standards.</li><li>Must be able to operate manual and power tools and manufacturing hardware and assemble components into a PCB with high quality standards.</li><li>Understand how to perform quality checks prior to the next operation including identifying defects or inconsistencies</li><li>Recording production data, comprehend and be able to operate a computer to collect data entry for each assembly.</li><li>Candidate must be able to troubleshoot assembly issues and report malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors</li><li>Following company and industry safety procedures, including personal protective equipment (PPE) ESD, Safety glasses, earplugs if require.</li><li>labeling and preparing boards to the next step of the operation.</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement efforts by identifying process or product enhancements.</li></ul>",
