font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The primary responsibility of the Business Banker is to provide accurate, quality customer service to American Bank customers and staff.  The duties of the Business Banking Specialist are to do a variety of tasks which may include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective commercial banking customers including the following:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Meet with commercial customers and provide recommendations and proposals for deposit services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Create accurate and timely CIF records and maintain Jack Henry file information as needed by lenders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide loan support by processing payments, advances, loan funding and payoffs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Develop working relationships with lenders and customers to act as a second contact for all retail customer needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide cash management services to new and existing customers including maintenance and on-site training.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide support for lending staff in all areas of credit administration including exception items, document imaging, generate and maintain reports, and account maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Identify opportunities to cross-sell deposit and cash management products to commercial customers and work in conjunction and support the Digital Banking Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Act as a liaison between retail banking staff and lenders to communicate and train on new products, updates, or technology changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Be a knowledgeable, point of contact for commercial customers when lenders are unavailable regarding retail related issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Satisfactorily complete all required compliance bank training and comply with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Act as a liaison between lenders and loan center staff on all consumer credit requests and become well versed in consumer lending compliance and regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Represent American Bank as an active and visual member of the community by committing to local boards and interest groups.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Become an active participant in business development activities for the Bank.</span></li>\n<li><span>Satisfactorily complete all required compliance bank training and comply with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical requirements include: standing for long periods when providing customer service, sitting, walking and must occasionally be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. waist high and 20 lbs. shoulder high.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work environment is indoors in a clean atmosphere with normal noise levels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposed to a potentially hazardous condition - robbery. Receives detailed instructions and procedures to be followed to minimize the risk.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift with one hour lunch between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Primary work assignment will be in the Big Sky branch; employees should agree to go to any other location requested by management, with the understanding that such temporary re-assignment will require the use of your personal vehicle.
