      "content": "\n<li>Lead and direct all on-site construction activities, including supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.</li>\n<li>Interpret contract drawings to guide field execution and oversee critical construction activities, including concrete placement and testing.</li>\n<li>Champion DN Tanks’ Accident Prevention and Safety Program (APSP), conducting weekly safety inspections and enforcing all policies.</li>\n<li>Mentor and develop field employees and Assistant Superintendents through hands-on training and DN resources.</li>\n<li>Own the quality assurance process, from inspections to punch list completion, ensuring tanks meet DN’s high standards.</li>\n<li>Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation using Spectrum ERP and Field View platforms.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, engineers, inspectors, and vendors, representing DN Tanks with integrity on-site.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, and/or 6+ years of relevant construction experience with proven leadership in field operations.</li>\n<li>Experience with line &amp; grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.</li>\n<li>Proficient with construction technology including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites across the U.S.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.</li>\n"
