However, we would love to understand what IT experience you have, whether it’s helping a family member with their WiFi or classes you’ve taken. Help us recognize that you have a technical, problem-solving mindset – we can provide the specific knowledge.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to incidents and requests from multiple ticketing systems for a variety of products</li>\n<li>Provide support to end users, both technical and non-technical</li>\n<li>Utilize management and monitoring tools as necessary to facilitate troubleshooting and implementation processes</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and troubleshoot security infrastructure</li>\n<li>Support system security design and architecture decisions</li>\n<li>Contribute to documentation, participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and thoroughly log all work performed</li>\n<li>Provide excellent written communication, including reports, incident reports, emails, and other required documentation</li>\n<li>Other tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Security+ and Network+ Certifications</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows products</li>\n<li>Desire for growth and will be required to further your development with valuable certifications</li>\n<li>Ability and readiness to learn quickly, lend a helping hand, and pass on the knowledge as you grow with the company</li>\n<li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure</li>\n<li>Positive and professional demeanor</li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity using network management and monitoring tools</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud providers (specifically security tools)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with IAM, including Active Directory, MFA, and other associated technologies</li>\n<li>Familiarity with firewalls, servers, switches, access points, and other network hardware</li>\n<li>Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Check us out at archetypesc.com!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
