This position will support the HR team and other managers in the facility through various tasks and projects. </p>\n <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul>\n<li> Assists in benefit administration including; answering questions, completing and filing necessary forms, employee training, new hire benefit orientation and exit process, open enrollment etc.\n<li> Assists in payroll auditing to confirm compliance\n<li> Involved in the recruitment and selection process such as screening, interviewing, onboarding, etc.\n<li> Coordinates miscellaneous programs including banquets, picnics, attendance and recognition awards, etc.\n<li> Other duties as assigned\n</li>\n</ul>\n <p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p> <ul>\n<li> Basic knowledge of human resources laws and regulations\n<li> Customer service focused\n<li> Organized and detail oriented\n<li> Work independently and interact with all levels of employees (production and management)\n<li> Strong interpersonal skills\n<li> Advanced communication skills\n<li> Excellent prioritizing skills\n<li> Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality\r\n",
