SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare are among the nation’s fastest-growing providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, NP, APRN, FNP) to join our team in our Edmond clinic.

About the Role The Provider plays a key role in both patient care and clinic operations. In this role, you will:
Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to address root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions Collaborate with the Clinic Director, Physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to ensure clinical and operational success Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations) Requirements Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered and undisciplined) Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hire Current DEA license Current OBNDD license Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience Prior management or supervisory experience preferred Availability during clinic hours, including 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay) Hours of Operation Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 per month required; additional pay provided)
Average: 40–41 hours per week
Training 2 full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday
