We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, NP, APRN, FNP) to join our team in our Edmond clinic.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with an innovative, fitness-conscious, and patient-centered organization that is transforming men’s and women’s healthcare.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>The Provider plays a key role in both patient care and clinic operations. In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols</li><li>Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to address root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions</li><li>Collaborate with the Clinic Director, Physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to ensure clinical and operational success</li><li>Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered and undisciplined)</li><li>Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hire</li><li>Current DEA license</li><li>Current OBNDD license</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience</li><li>Prior management or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Availability during clinic hours, including 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay)</li></ul><h3>Hours of Operation</h3><p>Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM<br>Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM<br>Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM<br>Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM<br>Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM<br>Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 per month required; additional pay provided)<br>Average: 40–41 hours per week</p><h3>Training</h3><p>2 full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday</p><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Paid Time Off (with accrual increases over time)<br>Fully covered malpractice insurance<br>Scrubs provided<br>Medical, dental, and vision insurance<br>Short-term and long-term disability coverage<br>CME allowance + CME PTO<br>Licensure renewal reimbursement<br>401(k) with excellent employer match<br>Employee wellness perks and more</p><h3>Ideal Candidate</h3><p>Strong clinical decision-making skills<br>Team-oriented and patient-first mindset<br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>Ability to explain complex medical information in a simple, patient-friendly way<br>Compassionate, professional, and wellness-focused</p><p>👉 If you’re a motivated mid-level provider looking to join a rapidly growing HRT and wellness organization with outstanding compensation and benefits, apply today to join our Edmond team!</p>",
