The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing electrical construction activities, coordinating schedules, managing related documents, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on-site. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills and the ability to support English–Korean technical interpretation and documentation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage overall electrical construction activities and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion</li>\n<li>Review design drawings, specifications, and installation details, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements</li>\n<li>Conduct quality control inspections for electrical materials, equipment, and installations<br></li>\n<li>Provide English–Korean interpretation and technical<br>document translation support for meetings, drawings, and reports</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with civil, mechanical, and safety teams to maintain efficient project workflow</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, quality standards, and on-site safety rules</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth construction progress and issue resolution</li>\n<li>Utilize MS Office, Auto CAD, and project management software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skills</li>\n<li>Excellent coordination and problem-solving, and teamwork skills<br></li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in electrical engineering or similar roles</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of engineering and technical communication</li>\n<li>Experience working on large-scale building or plant construction projects<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li>\n<li>Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Physical Demands</span></span></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
