Provide timely support and respond to partner inquiries.</li>\n<li>Follow up on onboarding processes to ensure smooth account activation.</li>\n<li>Monitor client accounts, identify issues or opportunities, and propose solutions to improve engagement and boost sales.</li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner and client issues are handled efficiently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.</li>\n<li>Priority for candidates with experience in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.</li>\n<li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span>Data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only. </span></em><em>Currenxie does not accept unsollicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
