Assists with opening and closing functions as needed in the absence of the Distribution Center Manager and Outlet Coordinator.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assists in ensuring an attractive and convenient layout of sales floor. &nbsp;Assists in rotation of materials, visual merchandising, cleanliness and organization of sales floor.</li>\n\t<li>Assists with the following duties to include, but not be limited to:\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Opens the Outlet on a timely basis and reports any security issues to appropriate personnel.</li>\n\t\t<li>Ensures quality of customer service is provided by all employees in a timely and courteous manner to all internal and external customers.</li>\n\t\t<li>Ensures cash handling policies are followed. Assists in ensuring that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner to include opening/closing procedures, balancing cash drawers, and bank deposits when needed. Reports issues to the Distribution Center Manager and Loss Prevention in a timely manner.</li>\n\t\t<li>Secures the building as needed, including but not limited to:&nbsp;doors, docks, safe and alarms.&nbsp;</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Represents Goodwill Keystone Area in a positive manner by providing excellent customer service at all times to external and internal customers.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Supports and communicates Goodwill Keystone Area policies and procedures in the absence of the Distribution Center Manager and Outlet Coordinator.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Maintains an awareness of safety practices, techniques, precautions and performs all duties in a safe manner and ensures that assigned staff adhere to all safety practices, rules, and regulations.
