      "content": "<li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of the products and services</li><li>Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close the store</li><li>Will assist the store in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees</li><li>Knowledge of in house products to provide customers with recommendations</li><li>Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies.</li><li>Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tills, counting cash, and preparing deposits.</li><li>Operating scanners, cash registers, and other electronics</li><li>Follow proper age verification policies</li><li>Ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a customer receipt</li><li>Processing refunds and exchanges</li><li>Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including conducting bag checks and ensuring adherence to security procedures.</li><li>Store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms</li><li>Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards</li>"
