As a Tax Manager, you will immediately begin building relationships with clients and work directly with clients while overseeing the day-to-day operations of tax engagements. You will be working closely to coach, develop, and grow PDR team members in providing clients trusted tax expertise and advise, while discovering solutions to complex tax issues.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Prepare and review tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary)</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Research tax issues</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Manage client relationships</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Contribute to policies and procedures of the tax department</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Oversee, develop and train staff and senior employees</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Integral part of the practice development proces</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Hiring Profile:</span></strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">7+ years of experience</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">CPA preferred</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Bachelor’s Degree</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Prior CPA firm experience</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Excellent communication skills</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Must be analytical, a self-starter, motivated, and organized</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Knowledge of the ProSystem fx product suite is a plus</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PDR CPAs is a local Tampa Bay firm which prides itself on our 45+ years of local service.
