Hours will be determined on a per-project basis. Additional work may be available if there is demand and the designer has capacity. Pay rate is $16.30-$16.45.</span></p><span>Length of Employment</span>\n<p><span>Ongoing– the designer will have the opportunity to continue work throughout their enrollment, including summers and breaks if they are available.</span></p><span>Work Requirements</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Working independently on projects</span></li>\n <li><span>Managing more than one project</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop</span></li>\n <li><span>Project management and meeting appropriate project deadlines</span></li>\n</ul><span>Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities (TDRs)</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Develop conceptual and production-ready designs for digital and print materials in alignment with IC brand standards.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with team members to revise layouts, graphics, and visual assets based on feedback.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and meeting established deadlines</span></li>\n</ul><span>Candidate Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Must be a currently enrolled, full-time student at Ithaca College.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 20 lbs comfortably.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required), particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to follow established brand guidelines and design systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, production-ready files.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</span></li>\n <li><span>A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design work and technical proficiency.</span></li>\n</ul>",
