    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Welder &ndash; Nights &ndash; Days-No Weekends!</span></strong></p><p><strong>**$2.00 an hour additional for Night Differential**</strong></p><p>Due to growth within our welding department, we are looking for qualified welders to join our Night and Day Shift Weld team. Our welders report to the manufacturing manager. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in reading blueprints, rework instructions, work orders, engineering orders, and someone who can follow written and verbal instructions.
