    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Structural Steel Welder - Manufacturing </span></span></p>\n<p><span>Location: Watertown, SD<br>Division: Structural Steel<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br><br>Job Summary<br>This is a shop-focused welding position supporting Sentry’s Manufacturing team. The right candidate should have experience with structural steel welding, including MIG and stick welding, and be comfortable working in a manufacturing/fabrication shop environment. Experience with Dual Shield welding is preferred.<br><br>We are willing to train the right person who brings a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. If you show up ready to work, communicate well, and take pride in what you build, we want to talk to you.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>- Structural steel welding using MIG, stick, and Dual Shield processes<br>- Cutting and preparing materials<br>- Assembly of steel framework<br>- Grinding and weld cleanup<br>- Reading basic shop drawings<br>- Operating shop equipment and tools<br>- Use of gantry and shop cranes<br>- Rigging and material handling<br>- Maintaining a clean and safe work area<br>- Supporting other shop and fabrication tasks as needed<br><br>Preferred Experience<br>- 1+ year of structural steel welding experience<br>- Dual Shield welding experience<br>- Manufacturing or fabrication shop background<br>- Comfortable working in a team environment<br>- Willingness to learn and grow<br><br>What We’re Looking For<br>We’re looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who show up ready to work and take pride in what they do.
