For more information visit acronaviation.com.</em></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide instruction on aircraft systems, training maneuvers, procedures, and other flight related subjects both on the ground and in the aircraft during a flight.</li><li>Conduct preflight/post flight debriefings and provide in-flight instruction to ensure students have a thorough understanding and comprehension of the training materials.</li><li>Maintain the quality (pass rate) of flight training at or above 80%.</li><li>See that all Academy goals are met, including pass rate, timely student completion, student flight hour limitations, timely completion of student&#39;s training records, and making recommendations to the Group Manager for corrective action to be taken when issues arise.</li><li>Regularly schedule each assigned student to ensure progress through the course.</li><li>Maintain the flight training standards as outlined by both FAA and Acron Aviation Flight Academy</li><li>Maintain policies and procedures of the Operations Manual</li><li>Ensure that the assigned student&#39;s training record and folder is tracked and updated in accordance with Acron Aviation Flight Academy and FAA policy.</li><li>Provide a customer service oriented and professional instruction according to Acron Aviation Flight Academy policy.</li><li>Must be able to work a full-time schedule, 6 days per week with schedule flexibility.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>For an applicant that is currently enrolled in the Flight Operation degree you must have completed all the flight training labs to be considered for the position</li><li>Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor Certificate</li><li>CFII Certificate</li><li>MEI Certificate</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Microsoft Access Flight Schedule Pro experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Willing to work a flexible schedule.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Acron Aviation is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
