The goal of you and your team: providing habilitative support that enables adults with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives in their own homes.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing:<br></strong>The Residential Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of their assigned program. They are responsible for ensuring programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator.
