The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position pays <strong>$22.70 / hour </strong>and is located at <strong>297 Leckie Pvt, Ottawa, ON K1V 1S3</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule </li>\n <li>Employee discount</li>\n <li>Retirement Savings Plan with company match and profit sharing</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule available:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday – Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)</li>\n <li>Check in and process vehicles transactions (daily)</li>\n <li>High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind</li>\n <li>Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory</li>\n <li>Accurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles</li>\n <li>Effective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactions</li>\n <li>Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)</li>\n <li>Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process</li>\n <li>Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles according to company required procedures and utilizing the delivery checklist</li>\n <li>Inspect new vehicle deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts and complete the delivery receipt as required by the manufacturer</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid <strong>Ontario G or G2</strong><strong> driver's license</strong> with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).</li>\n <li>PC knowledge with experience in Windows, Word, Access, & Excel preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>CAD $22.70 / Hour",
