This role provides valuable hands-on experience in electrical estimating, bidding, and design within the construction sector.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in the preparation of electrical/IT cost estimates and material take-offs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support the interpretation of electrical drawings and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Aid in the collection and analysis of vendor/subcontractor quotes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the creation of budgets, scope letters, and shop drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Utilize AutoCAD and estimation software to support design and documentation processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in identifying cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities under the guidance of other team members.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Currently enrolled in the third year or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fundamental understanding of electrical systems and construction drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with estimation tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with project documentation, maintenance, and compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A proactive and eager attitude towards learning and contributing within a dynamic team setting.</span></li>\n</ul>",
