This role involves overseeing social media accounts (where applicable), engaging with customers, and maintaining marketing campaigns. Additionally, responsibilities include organizing the game lobby, conducting competitor analysis, and verifying high-risk player accounts to ensure compliance and account security.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather data related to player or specific product activity.</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing reports for further development of the brand strategy.</li>\n<li>Manage social media accounts (where applicable): schedule posts, track post engagement and respond to comments.</li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to relevant team.</li>\n<li>Maintain marketing campaigns outside of CRM scope.</li>\n<li>Assist in content writing, activity reporting and crediting prizes.</li>\n<li>Pack and send physical or virtual items.<br></li>\n<li>Assist RFP team in contacting players flagged as high-risk to verify account ownership.</li>\n<li>Lobby organization and game rotation:</li>\n<li>Add new games to relevant categories and organizing the lobby for easy navigation</li>\n<li>Highlight featured games or seasonal promotions</li>\n<li>Monitor game performance and adjusting the rotation based on popularity</li>\n<li>Analyse competitor sites for their promotions, game offerings, and user experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Casino Operations, VIP, Affiliate team within iGaming/Online Casino</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience operating in the local market</li>\n<li>Experience in data analysis and report preparation</li>\n<li>Familiarity with gaming industry trends and competitor analysis</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Details:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Competitive salary synonymous with skills and experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Opportunity to make a real impact in a developing organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Consultancy B2B contract on a full time basis with 25 days PTO</span></li>\n</ul>",
