All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p>The Electrical Construction Manager oversees all phases of electrical work on commercial, industrial, or utility construction projects — from planning and procurement through installation, inspection, and closeout. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical construction activities across one or more project sites</li>\n <li>Prepare and submit submittals & RFI’s/track approval, Send RFI’s as needed/track approval, Prepare As-Builts and all close out documents.</li>\n <li>Manage and supervise electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure adequate labor and material resources are in place</li>\n <li>Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, single-line diagrams, and engineering documents</li>\n <li>Monitor project budgets, track labor and material costs, and report variances to project leadership</li>\n <li>Enforce compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, local codes, and project-specific safety programs</li>\n <li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks; resolve field issues and coordinate RFIs and submittals</li>\n <li>Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and other trades to coordinate work and avoid conflicts</li>\n <li>Oversee procurement and staging of electrical materials and equipment</li>\n <li>Facilitate inspections and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) for permits and approvals</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate daily reports, as-built markups, and project documentation</li>\n <li>Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track</li>\n <li>Mentor foremen, apprentices, and field staff; foster a culture of safety and accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Specialized Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role</li>\n <li>Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant standards</li>\n <li>Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications</li>\n <li>Experience managing multi-million dollar projects and large crews</li>\n <li>Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E and first aid/CPR preferred</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor, or industrial environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with medium/high-voltage systems, switchgear, or industrial controls</li>\n <li>Familiarity with BIM coordination and prefabrication processes</li>\n <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Construction Management, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED or minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree. </li>\n <li>Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate basic math skills, including geometry and trigonometry. </li>\n <li>Possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently. </li>\n <li>Work effectively as a team member and complete daily reports by hand and computer. </li>\n <li>Ability to establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.</p>",
