Joining our team means working on landmark projects, learning from industry leaders, and advancing your career in a supportive, safety-focused culture.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>The Opportunity </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a Civil Field Supervisor to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil construction projects across the region.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>As a Civil Field Supervisor, you’ll<span style=\"color: rgb(78, 78, 78)\"> lead a crew on site to get daily work done safely and on time. </span>You’ll work hands-on with a skilled crew in the field, ensuring safety, and efficiency every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tackling big challenges, and being part of projects that shape communities.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Although we are a union affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite. </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Your Key Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a civil crew to complete daily tasks safely and on time.</li>\n<li>Plan the day’s work and assign tasks; ensure the right tools, equipment, and materials are on site.</li>\n<li>Monitor work quality and adherence to drawings, specs, and safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Communicate updates and issues to the Superintendent/Project Manager; request support as needed.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(78, 78, 78)\">Maintain a clean, organized work area and enforce site safety.</span><br></li>\n<li>Coach crew members, support training, and promote a strong safety culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Your Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Approximately 2-3 years’ experience as a Foreman.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven earthworks experience, and keen understanding of underground utilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership skills, and the ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing construction environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of provincial safety regulations and a strict adherence to company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate should be based in the Okanagan region but must be willing to travel and work in various locations such as Kelowna, Revelstoke, or other project sites as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(75, 75, 75); font-size: 12pt\">The successful candidate should be a positive, motivated, outgoing individual who enjoys working outdoors, and has a willingness to work overtime when required.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The chance to be part of landmark projects that shape communities across British Columbia, while building your career with a company that’s been trusted for over 85 years.
