Our region delivers exceptional design solutions that elevate functionality and create spaces that inspire, engage, and bring people together.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating all other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Perform&nbsp;internal reviews and quality checks of the models and drawings to ensure compliance with BIM standards.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Research materials, products and technologies required for the design and incorporate into the details, specification and other documents.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Manage a team of consultants.</span></p></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Client communication.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Manage the financial aspect of the project including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Travel to remote First Nation communities and work sites.</span></li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Registered architect in Ontario (OAA), or eligibility to be registered.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">7+ years experience in a similar role.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Familiarity with both Provincial and National related standards and codes.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li>Knowledge of BIM principles &amp; workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Visualization software, and Adobe Creative Suite would be considered an asset.</li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Experience or desire to work with Indigenous communities would be considered an asset.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>AB, BC, NT, NU, SK &amp; YT: </strong>$80,800 - 107,000</span><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>MB &amp; ON: </strong>$73,700 - 101,500</span><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>NB, NL, NS, PE &amp; QC:</strong> $73,000 - 96,900</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Disclosure:</strong></span><br><span data-teams=\"true\">The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
