This position is responsible for operating and monitoring processing equipment during overnight hours to ensure continuous and efficient production. The associate will work closely with the production team to maintain product standards, adhere to safety protocols, and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during the shift. Attention to detail and consistency are essential to guarantee that the panela meets all quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
