Role: Creative Director What would you do here?  Lead the creative charter for Kotak811, setting a consistently high bar for creative excellence across campaigns, content, and brand moments and culture-led initiatives.  Own the vision and execution for both on-deck and off-deck content on the internet.  Be the guardian of the brand’s voice and identity across all consumer touchpoints.  Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to translate briefs into high‑impact creative concepts; partner with agencies and see ideas through to execution.  Create and lead a high‑performing creative and social unit that operates with speed, agility, and excellence. What we are looking for?  Someone with 5+ years of experience in the creative or social media space.  Someone with at least two high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns under their belt.
