    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">The Easton Salt Lake Archery Center is a state-of-the-art archery center, featuring indoor and outdoor ranges, and world-class training facilities. The center provides leadership, facilities, programs, training, and education that allows archers to pursue their competitive dreams.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">The facility assistant will provide basic, routine maintenance on archery ranges and equipment to ensure the ranges are kept at tournament quality condition. This position also provides operational support before, during and after all center events in addition to providing support to archery program related activities as needed.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Archery targets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Maintenance equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Competition field configuration/set-up for tournament needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Operational support throughout duration of archery events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Assist with break down, organization and inventory after conclusion of events</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Assist with running events, including acting as a judge when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Quickly obtain knowledge of center’s target bales, stands, and all event assets to provide maintenance with little to no supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Possess or be willing to obtain USA Archery judging certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"> Must be able to work well with youth, adults, and special needs persons</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
