    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Audit Senior I</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The opportunity:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Auditing provides clients with an objective evaluation of a company’s financial statements. As an Audit Senior I, you’ll work with experienced audit staff and audit partners that will provide you with growth and learning opportunities. You will work with different teams to provide organizations in multiple industries with a representation of their financial performance. As a member of the audit team, you will complete fieldwork for operational and financial audits across the country.  Working independently and collaboratively, you will prepare work papers with definite conclusions and recommendations for clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your key responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Complete audit procedures over assigned client financial statement segments (e.g., cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable) that obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence with a focus on audit quality and professional skepticism.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Serve as in charge of smaller engagements and components of larger engagements. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Take responsibility for the whole audit file, from engagement set up to completion, review note clearance, and close out of the audit file. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Prepare less complex audit reports.   </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Prepare clear and concise work papers that document work performed, results obtained, and has definitive conclusions.  Further, document any recommendations for client correspondence. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Prepare and post journal entries. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Supervise staff, conduct first review of staff work and provide appropriate feedback for revision and training. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Communicate with client in preparation for audit. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Complete engagement-level risk assessment procedures. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Ensure completion of elements of general file. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Work independently as well as collaboratively.    </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Assist with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and apply accounting principles and auditing procedures. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Develop positive working relationships with all client’s management staff. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Exhibit an understanding of computer systems used in audit preparation process. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Complete audit procedures that obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence with a focus on quality and in accordance with applicable auditing standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Complete tasks and deliverables to a high-quality standard.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Demonstrate expertise in GAAP, related financial reporting matters and auditing standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Have a clear understanding of the importance of the work being completed and how it contributes to the audit objectives. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Perform inventory observations as well as document results.    </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Identify and document risks, issues, and conclusions -
