You’re a key piece of the puzzle, taking great care to make sure every single thing is cleaned and sanitized to the highest of standards. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training</li>\n <li>Washes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using Flanigan’s sanitation policies</li>\n <li>Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift</li>\n <li>Maintain kitchen area cleanliness ; sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etc</li>\n <li>Perform assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties</li>\n <li>Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing</li>\n</ul>\n<p>                  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Can physically stand/walk 100 % of shift</li>\n <li>Can reach, bend, stoop</li>\n <li>Can immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutions</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read and write English</li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift, lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezers</li>\n <li>Work in damp, high temperature environment  indoors and minimally outdoors</li>\n <li>Work safely with hot plates, pots, pans</li>\n <li>Work safely with sharp knives and utensils</li>\n <li>Support fellow employees as needed</li>\n <li>Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes          </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) Day Work Week, with Two (2) Consecutive Days Off</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years</li>\n <li>Christmas Bonus after one year of employment (amount equals one week pay)</li>\n <li>Health Insurance – Medical & Dental Programs Available </li>\n <li>401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
