    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. </p>\n<p>With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation. </p>\n<p>Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units </p>\n<p>is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years. </p>\n<p>Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell</p>\n<p> the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We're currently seeking a <strong>Carpenter/Caulker/Apprentice</strong> for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties.  </p>\n<p>Candidate will work full-time out of our South Plainfield offce, South Plainfield, NJ. but will be assigned to various locations as needed</p>\n<p>This position is Monday through Friday</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>Assist in Commercial Division as a <strong>Carpenter / Caulker / Apprentice</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Assist in Finding Leaks</li>\n <li> Set Up and Work on Scaffolding, Ladders and Aerial Lifts</li>\n <li>Carpentry and Labor Work</li>\n <li> Cut out old caulking and reapply new caulking in a neat clean matter</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please note:  Those with primarily Residential Experience will not be considered.
