You will also assist in the running of design meetings or construction meetings, also assist with field checks and preparing written and photographic materials.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Role accountabilities:</li>\n <li>Assist in the correspondence, reports, procedures, guidelines, meeting minutes, and proposed actions.</li>\n <li>The Project Engineer will help coordinate with the Design Team for conformance review and timely and accurate responses.</li>\n <li>Assists in requests for information, submittals, construction change documents, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>The Project Engineer will assist in the maintenance of project files in both electronic and paper format.</li>\n <li>Assist in the project budget and keeping the project on schedule.&nbsp;<br>\n  Will help in the monitoring of compliance to applicable codes and practices.<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Minimum Qualification:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Education sector experience&nbsp;(DSA)</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">5 in management of multiple design and construction projects.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a closely related field.</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">4 years additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Experience within a large capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant provisions of the California Public Contract Code.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">2yrs in educational facility construction. Experience in formal construction partnering.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">A current and valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or as a Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">A valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction. Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA). construction/design processes or similar processes.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include planning, design, construction and closeout.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Experience in alternative delivery method.
