    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening in our <strong>Rigging Department</strong>! This position works from our <strong><u>plant-</u></strong>in New Paris, IN.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>S</u>tarting pay can range from <strong>$23.07/hr. to $25.08/hr&nbsp;</strong>depending on experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shift Schedule is <strong>6 am to 2:30 pm,</strong> Monday-Friday, can include overtime as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mounting and rigging of all major outboard brands.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic electronics installations; GPS, Depth Finders, Radio components, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of outboard hydraulic steering systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of trolling motors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Installation of tops, mooring covers and other canvas products</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Forklift driving and training.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Taking classes or courses as needed to advance your technical skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keeping the work area clean and presentable daily.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties as required by management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required skills and experience:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous rigging experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate a forklift a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with a team toward one common goal</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Equal opportunity employer</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Must be authorized to work in the United States</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Smoker Craft?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;At Smoker Craft Inc., each employee is an integral part of our success!
