Assist customers as necessary to ensure their satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.</li>\n <li>Responsible for spot vacuuming as required.</li>\n <li>Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.</li>\n <li>Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms and other areas as needed.</li>\n <li>Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines, emptying and cleaning of all ashtrays. Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpster.</li>\n <li>Use of chemicals for cleaning and personal protective equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids.</li>\n <li>Must be able to interact with guests and provide guest service according to company standards.</li>\n <li>Must always demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.</li>\n <li><strong>Follow all cleaning, sanitation and PPE position specific guidelines.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>Qualifications </p>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must qualify for licensing with the New Mexico Racing Commission.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.</li>\n <li>Six months related experience and/or training preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required</li>\n <li>Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments.</li>\n <li>Ability to work unsupervised.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
