          "text": "<p>TA Services is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 1 year of CDL driving experience.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Shift: Flexibility (Overtime)</strong></p><p>- 10-12 hours a day. Starts at 6AM.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Transport finished goods and/or raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail/distribution centers</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, along with light preventative maintenance</li><li>Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and internal company policies</li><li>Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions</li><li>Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Fast-paced, on-the-road and loading dock environments</li><li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions</li><li>Physical work, including occasional lifting, climbing, and extended sitting while driving</li></ul>",
