Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Day Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities and providing support to high school students and young adults in our transition program. The program serves individuals with developmental disabilities and aims to promote independence, socialization, and personal growth. "By helping others reach their potential, you reach yours." You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement engaging activities, ensuring that each participant's needs and interests are met. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring a smooth and effective program delivery. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct Services Coordinators address the wants and needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which include: Promote and encourage community integration and socialization opportunities in a positive manner.
