The Manager leads a team to deliver exceptional event experiences while maintaining high standards of warehouse management and ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives and goals.&nbsp;</p><p>This position functions under the supervision of the General Manager.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Management</strong></u></p><ul><li>Promote company culture, boost morale, and set expectations with team members through regular and effective communication.</li><li>Serve as the primary lead for event execution at partner schools/properties, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li>Recruit, train, and supervise Production Coordinator(s) and hourly Installation Crew members.</li><li>Manage the employee evaluation process, providing constructive feedback and performance assessments.</li><li>Develop and implement a daily \"closing\" procedure to ensure proper warehouse closure and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate weekly production meetings to facilitate efficient scheduling of hourly staff members and outline operational needs.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Operations</strong></u></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Production Coordinator(s) and Installation Crew Members to oversee processes such as quality control, inventory availability and maintenance, process management, and equipment transfers.</li><li>Lead the team during the installation of tents, tables, chairs, AV equipment, and other event-related items.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are properly equipped for specific jobs, including loading, unloading, and periodic maintenance inspections.</li><li>Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all equipment within the region to ensure optimal functionality.</li><li>Develop a weekly production schedule while managing a 6-week production plan to ensure events are executed within or below budgeted amounts.</li><li>Schedule and record hourly staff members' work time; ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Warehouse Management</strong></u></p><ul><li>Oversee inventory and fleet maintenance, ensuring accuracy and availability of equipment for events.</li><li>Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain equipment accuracy and identify any discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized, clean, and productive warehouse setting to facilitate efficient operations.</li><li>Organize warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with corporate safety protocols to create a safe working environment.</li></ul>",
