The person in this role must be comfortable thinking critically, asking good questions, and helping clients understand what is working, what needs to change, and where the opportunities are. What You'll Do Guide Client Strategy Learn each client’s business, market, and growth goals Help translate those goals into clear marketing priorities Provide guidance and recommendations based on performance data and market trends Identify opportunities that could improve results or expand the account Be the Client’s Trusted Advisor Serve as the main point of contact for client communication Lead regular client conversations about performance, strategy, and next steps Explain marketing performance in a way that makes sense to business owners and leadership teams Build long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and accountability Bring Clarity to the Internal Team Clearly communicate client goals, priorities, and feedback to internal specialists Help ensure everyone understands what success looks like for the account Encourage strong thinking and new ideas that could improve results On occasioin provide some project management support.
