As well as plans for support escalations, training, and processes such as break/fix and systems change management. The role also tests and supports custom system development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full-time, salaried position. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>In addition to the primary responsibilities associated with the Application Analyst I and Application Analyst II,</li>\n <li>Plans tier one technical support processes, such as break fix, troubleshooting, and systems change management.</li>\n <li>Plans tier 2 technical support processes.</li>\n <li>Plans training</li>\n <li>Plans systems validation processes to meet regulatory compliance</li>\n <li>Plans system configuration. </li>\n <li>Tests and supports custom system development.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>Required:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Able to rapidly solve IT systems problems that interfere with or disable clinical operations.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify and triage issues appropriately. </li>\n <li>Ability to organize and prioritize concurrent responsibilities and demands.</li>\n <li>Ability to use initiative and sound judgment in carrying out responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet timelines for assigned tasks.</li>\n <li>Ability to train others in how to use systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to build relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a complex, fast paced, health care environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated interest in advancing technical capability. </li>\n <li>Customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Preferred:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS in related field</li>\n <li>Four years of IT experience; preferably in a health care setting; one year of experience supervising other employees preferred</li>\n <li>MS Visio, Excel</li>\n <li>Transact SQL</li>\n <li>Crystal Reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annual base salary range for this position is from $104,458.00 to $165,089.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.  Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Most Fred Hutch jobs require some on-campus work. However, there may be flexibility for certain positions.
