    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Reports directly to the Foreperson, Supervisor or next level Manager.&nbsp; The Inspector is required to perform nondestructive testing on various industry components and accessories.&nbsp; This includes, but is not limited to visual inspection, magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant testing, electromagnetic inspection, and ultrasonics inspection techniques.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Follow customer specifications, industry recommended practices, and company procedures to ensure quality standards are met.</li>\n <li>Perform all assignments, duties and tasks in a safe manner while following standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.</li>\n <li>Set up and calibrate equipment according to work order.</li>\n <li>Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to appropriate Supervisor/ Manager to ensure effective and safe operations.</li>\n <li>Performing quality checks throughout production runs.</li>\n <li>Inform the Supervisor/Manager or designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.</li>\n <li>Follow all Company HSE, QMS policies and procedures and report to the appropriate personnel of any violations of these policies or procedures.</li>\n <li>Accurately create and maintain inspection and production reports as required.</li>\n <li>Perform other various job duties that may be required by the Supervisor/ Manager or their designee.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions, and be a team player.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.</li>\n <li>Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.</li>\n <li>Willing to work overtimes, weekends and some holidays as needed.</li>\n <li>Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi-task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.</li>\n <li>Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Certification Required. VTI, MPI, LPT, EMI, UT</li>\n <li>Familiar with industry standards. (API, DS-1)</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
