You will be the connective tissue between Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and Operations — ensuring that programs move on schedule, risks surface early, and stakeholders have clear, consistent visibility. This role requires equal comfort in a Jira board and an executive briefing.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own the master program schedule across TxOS, TGC, and Cloud Engine product lines</li>\n <li>Drive cross-functional program reviews, stand-ups, and milestone checkpoints</li>\n <li>Maintain and publish program status dashboards in Jira and Confluence — no stale spreadsheets</li>\n <li>Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across teams</li>\n <li>Manage the Product Lifecycle (PLC) gate process: coordinate entry/exit criteria sign-off at each phase</li>\n <li>Partner with Engineering leads to ensure sprint commitments roll up accurately to release timelines</li>\n <li>Own release readiness: GA checklists, RTM criteria, Beta entry/exit — all tracked and enforced</li>\n <li>Facilitate retrospectives and drive action items through to closure</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Manufacturing, Support, and Field teams on release readiness and logistics</li>\n <li>Drive adoption and compliance with the new Atlassian SDLC toolchain</li>\n <li>Produce executive-level program summaries on a weekly cadence</li>\n <li>Manage escalation paths and ensure critical blockers reach the right decision-maker fast</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of technical program management in enterprise software or hardware companies</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across cross-functional teams</li>\n <li>Expert-level Jira and Confluence skills — you build dashboards, not just read them</li>\n <li>Experience with formal PLC or stage-gate processes</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and how it maps to longer program timelines</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication — you write status reports people actually read</li>\n <li>PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred</li>\n <li>Background in storage, networking, or enterprise infrastructure software preferred</li>\n <li>Experience running release readiness and GA gate processes</li>\n <li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>WHAT SETS YOU APART</p>\n<p>“You've inherited a fragmented program and built clarity out of chaos”</p>\n<p>“You know the difference between a status report and an action plan”</p>\n<p>“Dependencies don't scare you — they're just risks with names”</p>\n<h2>DDN</h2>\n<p>Join our dynamic and driven team, where engineering excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
