As a Support Coach, you’ll build real relationships and support people in achieving their goals and living life on their own terms.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support individuals with daily living tasks—such as meals, hygiene, and household routines—with respect and encouragement.</li>\n<li>Help maintain a welcoming home environment and assist with meal prep in accordance with any dietary needs.</li>\n<li>Assist individuals in working toward personal goals identified in their Individual Service Plan (ISP).</li>\n<li>Get to know each person’s unique interests, strengths, and communication styles.</li>\n<li>Administer medications according to physician’s orders and DDS guidelines.</li>\n<li>Respond with compassion and training in moments of challenge, ensuring emotional and physical safety.</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in ways that center the individual’s voice.</li>\n<li>Document your work thoughtfully and participate in staff development and training.</li>\n<li>Keep your manager informed of anything notable related to the individual’s well-being.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Makes This Role Meaningful:</span></p>\n<p>You won’t just be helping with daily needs—you’ll be opening doors to connection, confidence, and belonging.
