About the Role Our Pet Stylists use their skill and love for dogs to ensure every pup has a stress-free grooming experience - all supported by a positive, groomer-oriented culture! Provide luxury 1-on-1 care to pups while bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming. Work independently in our Hanvey grooming vans. Need a little extra time for special pups? Our support team can make sure every appointment is scheduled according to the groomer’s needs. Receive support from our in-house concierge and fleet teams - they’ll handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can focus on grooming! Enjoy a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality at every appointment. Want more stability? Choose between 3 different shift types and work the same days every month! Role Requirements 1+ years of professional grooming experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents as needed Comfort with using smart phones (you bring the knowledge, we’ll provide the phone!) Ability to lift and groom dogs up to 50lbs (75lbs+ preferred) Compensation, Benefits & Perks As a Pet Stylist, you can expect… Hourly pay rates (base pay plus tips) between $28 - $38 per hour Bonus amounts from $400 - $800 per month on top of base pay earnings Weekly payroll, with bonuses paid out twice a month Full time and part-time benefitted employees (working at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees and their dependents (including domestic partners) Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid time off to recharge and recover with: Paid Time Off (PTO) earned based on hours worked (with no annual limits!) (Technical Groom) Offer Letter + Background Check Finally, we have a full Onboarding plan to set you up for success in your new role! Onboarding New to mobile? No problem! You’ll spend a paid week getting van training, riding along with senior groomers on our team, and learning about our day-to-day processes and technology. Give back to the community: you’ll have a day to practice by providing low-stress grooms at a local shelter/rescue!
