    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Intelligence Management Specialist </strong>to join our team at <strong>Fort Meade</strong>, supporting <strong>16</strong><strong>th</strong><strong> Air Force (16 AF)</strong>.  The Intelligence Management Specialist will provide advanced cryptologic support and non-kinetic analysis to 16 AF information warfare (IW) mission areas, Air Forces Cyber and subordinate units to help solve complex problems for warfighters worldwide. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver strategic level insights that support mission objectives. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide cryptologic support for the long-term, strategic planning of cryptologic tasks, and interact with internal and external personnel to refine requirements for planning objectives associated with the development of cryptologic initiatives and provide comprehensive reviews of detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>analytical tradecraft support</strong> and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Guide and direct</strong> the multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monitor organizational compliance</strong> and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide executive-level oversight by validating and enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Draft/staff guidance, identify gaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required (Up to 15%) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required Experience / </strong><strong>Education:</strong> 20 years w/o a degree or 18 years with AS/AA or 16 years with BS/BA or 14 years with MS/MA or 12 years with Phd.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>.  </li>\n <li> Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>all-source analysis training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>   </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
