We are proud of our 100,000+ member-owners, our 650+ team members throughout our 20+ Gas Bars, Home Centre, 4 Cardlock/Bulk Fuel Stations, 6 Food Stores, 6 Liquor Stores and Administration Office, in addition to future growth.</p><p>We invite applications for the position of <strong>full-time &nbsp;Bulk Petroleum Supervisor </strong>to join our team at our Bulk Petroleum team in Stony Plain, AB. &nbsp;This position will be full-time Monday-Friday, 8am- 4pm.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who we are:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Co-op does business differently.&nbsp; As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.&nbsp; To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at <a href=\"http://www.northcentralcoop.ca/\" target=\"_blank\">www.northcentralcoop.ca</a><u>.</u>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Reporting to the Petroleum Operations Manager, and is responsible for:</p><ul><li>Supervise the day to day operations of the Bulk Petroleum Department and provide direction to Cardlock operations, programs and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide leadership to the bulk petroleum team, including recruitment, performance management, training and development of team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare budget and ensure petroleum products are ordered to maintain inventory levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordination and supervision of all safety, maintenance, Alberta Transportation regulations, and environmental policies; ensuring standards are achieved.&nbsp;</li><li><p>Manage ongoing development of customer relationships through added value, follow-up and a focus on providing an exceptional experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
