Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members.</li>\n <li>Process cash transactions for casino customers and.</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations.</li>\n <li>Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions.</li>\n <li>Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette. </li>\n <li>Cash customer checks and ensure guest information is accurate </li>\n <li>Balance cash drawers.  Ensure that the drawers are at appropriate impressed amount at beginning and end of each shift.</li>\n <li>Perform buys with main bank to keep drawer stocked throughout current shift and for the next shift.</li>\n <li>Complete all necessary paperwork.</li>\n <li>Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.</li>\n <li>Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.</li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.</li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. </li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Attend all department meetings and training programs as directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS </u></strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.  Must be able to efficiently and accurately count money and gaming chips, and make change. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REASONING ABILITY</u></strong></p>\n<p>Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
