    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The RHC Nurse works under the direction of the Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner and will assist with the coordination of the Clinic&rsquo;s daily activities. &nbsp;The RHC Nurse also plans and manages patient care according to each patient&rsquo;s needs.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>LPN or RN with current MO license</li><li>Two years nursing experience&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with healthcare technology, preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Core Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Verify patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.&nbsp;</li><li>Obtain patient vital signs and escort patients to examination rooms.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure hospital medical records, test results, current medication and dosages are available for the Physician or Nurse Practitioner for review.&nbsp;</li><li>Administer injections of medications.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Observe and records patients&rsquo; conditions and reactions to medications and treatments.&nbsp;</li><li>Call-in prescriptions and refill medications as needed and directed by the Physician or Nurse Practitioner.&nbsp;</li><li>Submit and ensure pre-certification for testing/medical services are completed in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.&nbsp;</li><li>Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency&rsquo;s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.</li><li>Other job duties and special projects as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p></div>\n",
