We offer solutions to tomorrow&rsquo;s challenges.</p><p>As Product Manager for our interactive digital signage line, you&#39;ll shape the future of Elo&rsquo;s high-impact commercial displays &mdash; driving innovation where touch meets engagement. With success, this role could expand to include leadership of additional platforms, offering broader ownership across our interactive product portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Purpose &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for commercial display solutions.</li><li>Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to end-of-life, including product pitches, development, and sunsetting.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) research to identify unmet needs and uncover innovation opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain clear, actionable product requirements based on customer feedback, use cases, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering to deliver feature-rich hardware products that meet current and future market needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Support cross-functional teams in prioritizing product escalations and enhancements.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Marketing to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions through compelling documentation and content.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Sales by participating in customer meetings, evangelizing key use cases, and helping articulate value.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to internal knowledge bases to support cross-team alignment and customer success.&nbsp;</li><li>Clearly communicate technical concepts and product processes to audiences with varying levels of expertise.&nbsp;</li><li>Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in product management or a combination of customer-facing and engineering experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior product management experience in displays, compute peripherals, or related hardware fields.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience building and managing product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience engaging with customers to understand their challenges and use cases.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.</li><li>A strong business ownership mindset &mdash; motivated to dive in, learn quickly, and deliver measurable impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in B2B or corporate IT environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working across both hardware and software teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Android and/or Windows-based compute platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with cross-regional, multicultural teams across time zones.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to drive agendas across diverse teams and functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven success influencing strategic direction up to VP-level stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing without direct authority.</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and decision-making.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences alike.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational agility and teamwork orientation.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Physical Demands</p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements.</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.</li><li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</li><li>Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Elo Touch Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
