As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.&nbsp;</div><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><br><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></div><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><ul><li>Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination</li><li>Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in defining the product component roadmap and backlog</li><li>Liaises with customers and&nbsp;internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities and provide feedback on delivery timelines</li><li>Participates in the quarterly planning process with engineering teams</li><li>Refines features requests in collaboration with engineering and collaborates</li><li>Leads data driven innovation to optimize end to end delivery lifecycle</li></ul></div><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></div><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><ul><li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area</li><li>Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes</li><li>Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Public Cloud Providers &amp; capabilities at an Enterprise Scale - Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS experience required&nbsp;</li><li>Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></div><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><ul><li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics</li><li>Previous team management experience</li><li>Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence</li></ul></div>",
